Do you provide services beyond checking the house?

Yes. Depending on your needs, we can water indoor or outdoor plants, coordinate access for contractors or service providers, check vehicles, adjust lights or blinds, and provide other customized services while you are away.

What happens if you discover a problem at my home?

If we discover an urgent issue—such as a water leak, open door or window, HVAC problem, storm damage, or other concern—we will contact you promptly. With your authorization, we can also help coordinate the appropriate service provider and remain at the property when necessary.

Can I use your Home Watch Service for a short trip or weekend away?

Absolutely! Our services are not just for extended vacations or seasonal absences. Whether you're leaving for a weekend, a business trip, a cruise, or a longer vacation, we can keep an eye on your home while you're away. Visit our Services page and look for the Going Away Watch Plan for details.

What do you check during a Home Watch visit?

During each visit, we perform a visual inspection of your home and property. This can include checking that doors and windows are closed and locked, looking for signs of leaks or water damage, checking for unusual conditions, and making sure your home appears secure, plus any other services included on your plan.

Will I know when my home has been checked?

Yes. We provide a report after your scheduled home visit so you can enjoy your time away knowing your property has been checked. Reports can include observations, updates, and photographs when appropriate.
